About Sarah
Originally from France, my life has been one of exploration, connection, and questions. Since 2015, I have worked internationally in humanitarian aid, social work, education, disability, and aged care. I have had the privilege of witnessing the incredible resilience of people and the diversity of the natural world.
Exploring the world is a passion that shaped who I am. I love immersing myself in different cultures, being challenged and moved, meeting people from all walks of life, and experiencing the unique essence of each place. Each country is so rich with stories and teachings.
I am a warm, empathetic soul who loves existential reflections, creative expressions and movements. In 2018, I landed in Australia. The Adelaide Hills offer me a sense of grounding and connection. I feel blessed to be here. The natural world is a sanctuary, a gift and an inspiration.
My connection to the natural world, particularly the wisdom of trees, is a source of inspiration and grounding in my practice.
