I love exercising, writing and reflecting.
27 Countries Explored.
Originally from France, this life has been one of exploration and connection.
Since 2015, I have worked internationally in humanitarian aid, social work, education, disability, and aged care. I have had the privilege of witnessing the incredible resilience of people and the diversity on Earth. Exploring the world shaped who I am. I love immersing myself in different cultures, being challenged and moved, meeting people from all walks of life, and noticing the unique essence of each place. In 2018, I landed in Australia. The Adelaide Hills offer me a sense of grounding and connection. The natural world is a sanctuary, a gift and an inspiration. I feel blessed to be here.
My approach is based on meaningful explorations, belonging, and a deeper sense of alignment. I create safe and nurturing spaces to facilitate wild therapeutic explorations while supporting slow and intentional growth.
In addition to my qualifications and lived experiences, I continue to work with mentors, teachers, peers and supervisors to advance and deepen my personal, professional, and emotional growth. This ongoing learning includes natural and spiritual therapies, such as meditation and energy work, as well as creative arts such as writing and movement.
I’m here to support you and answer any questions you have.
